About Us
Samaria Baptist is a Southern Baptist Church that is celebrating 189 years of service to God and community this year and is known for its Bible centered ministires. We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and is relevent to the needs of our society and world today. We believe that the Bible is our source of authority and truth for faith and practice. It is the belief of the Church at Samaria that the preaching if the Gospel will save the lost and strengthen those who know Jesus Christ as their Savior. We believe that the Church is the Body of Christ in the world today and is the source of health and stability in an unhealthy and unstable world. Therefore, all of our ministries reflect these beliefs.The gathering of God's Church for worship is a vital exspression of our faith. We believe in the priority of the study of God's Word, Christian worship, and the proclamation of the moral absolute truths found in the Bible, God's Holy Word!
Our worship is traditional with a mixture of contemporary praise. We invite everyone to be involved in our worship services.
